Fire Alarms

At the first sound of a fire alarm:
1. Gather your family/friends
2. Walk to the closest stairwell and down to the ground floor
3. Exit the building

Do not hesitate or wait to see if others are leaving. Please do not run. ‘Fire drills’ or ‘fire alarm tests’ are always documented in the lobby and all elevators ahead of time. Therefore, any undocumented Fire Alarm is NOT A DRILL!

Elevator Safety

Horseplay, jumping, or other disruptive behavior in the elevators is strictly prohibited. Such actions can cause an elevator to become stuck between floors and require emergency service.

Guests responsible for elevator misuse will be charged a $1,500 service fee and may be subject to immediate eviction from the property.
